We are located in Dubai Walk Emaar – Al Marsa Street – East Marina – Dubai.
- You must cancel 72 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund.
- Cancellation within 72 hours from the trip time. You will be charged 100% of the trip cost.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of the trip time or no show. You will be charged 100% of the trip cost.
- Yachts with capacity above 21 guests have cancellation policy of 7 days in advance.
- Mega yachts and Special dates like new years have different cancellation policy.
If you have specific dates and times to execute your charter, we recommend you booking in advance. If you are generally flexible then 2-3 weeks during peak season 1-2 weeks prior during the summer.
Yes, we do refunds, Each and every refund however is a subject to our cancellation policy.
Minimum 2 hours and the maximum depends on the guest’s choice.
All guests must bring with the valid I.D. Passport for individuals coming from outside UAE and Emirates I.D for Residents Failure to comply may result in you or guest being refused entry to the vessel.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks on board.

Car park area
There is a street parking area at the roundabout near our kiosk and 3 minutes’ walk to the boats. If you want to park near the boats.
There is a Tree with blue hearts on the roundabout where car park 1 is located which is paid parking, 2 hours parking is free, you can get a stamp from Spinney’s supermarket or life pharmacy, if more than 2 hours is paid parking.

Yes, minors under 2 years are permitted but must remain within the Saloon or Cabin area accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 9 are required to wear life jacket throughout the charter.
